Yes. After completion of our 200-hour training, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200. All of our CEU courses are also eligible for CEU's approved by Yoga Alliance.

Our trainings are heavily rooted in reinforcing the foundational principles of yoga and simplifying sequencing. Throughout our experience in yoga teacher trainings and working with new teachers over the last decade, we have become increasingly aware of knowledge gaps that create a shaky foundation upon which to build further knowledge and skills. If the basics are not fully understood, any subsequent learning will not be as effective or efficient. Our goal is to reinforce those building blocks upon which to strengthen your skills and remove the stress from yoga sequencing!

Absolutely! After you purchase your course, you'll be granted full access. It can be accessed on any device with an internet connection.

After enrolling into any of our programs, trainees will receive support from founder and Lead Trainer, Bridget Hearne via video chat, email, and telephone.

Folks enrolled in our 200-hour training will have one-on-one support from Bridget for six months. Once you are enrolled, you will receive all relevant contact information - we want to support you every step of the way! 

All of our trainings are self-paced - after enrollment, you will receive complete access to the course and can work at your own pace. We require students to complete programs within a year of enrollment - this simply helps keep you accountable and ensures you complete the program :)

For our 200-hour students specifically, there are Live meetings hosted monthly that are optional for personalized support; these are recorded as a resource for those who can't participate live. You will have access to Bridget for up to six months after enrollment.

Each training comes with a quality, detailed manual that covers all of the concepts relevant to your training. The modules include pre-recorded lectures, guided meditations, and practices to reinforce your learning while also strengthening your own practice.

Students enrolled in our 200-hour foundational training will also receive 5 expertly crafted peak pose sequences.
