Meet Your Trainer!

I'm Bridget, and I'm so happy you're here! After teaching yoga for a decade, I have become passionate about creating yoga education programs that "make yoga make sense."

I grew up in a rural area with no early exposure to yoga, and the concepts covered in my first 200-hour felt foreign and impossible to comprehend; it left me with so many knowledge gaps that left me insecure and discouraged as a new teacher. I almost called it quits, but I couldn't shake the burning curiosity and passion I felt to share the practice of yoga... so I decided to do something about it.

After now receiving numerous advanced certifications and pursuing a Master's in Yoga Therapy, what started as a quest to conquer my own insecurities has turned into a school that helps other new and aspiring teachers confidently show up on their mats. To me, your development as a yoga instructor is personal, and I'm so honored to be part of your journey!
